Itinerary

2:30pm to 3:00pm Arrive

Arrive at Elmbridge Farm

3:00pm Wedding Ceremony

The wedding will take place lakeside. Make your way there and find a seat or hay bale

3:30pm Confetti at the ready

Confetti will be provided and placed on your seat for when you arrive. Line the aisle, throw confetti as the bride and groom pass by, then head over to the tipis for reception drinks, ice cream, and lawn games.

3:30pm Lawn games

Enjoy some reception drinks and lawn games in front of the tipi’s. Challenge someone you don’t know to a game of Connect4, Beanbag toss, Badminton, Giant Jenga and more…

3:45pm Ice Cream

Between 3:45pm and 6pm the Ice Cream truck will be open.

4pm Bar Opens

The bar opens from 4pm, please note that only card payments will be accepted.

6:00pm Food

Between 6pm and 7:30pm the food van will be onsite

7:30pm Cut the Cake

8:00pm First Dance

The Bride and Groom take to the dance floor to show you how its done!

8:00pm to 12:00am Party On The Dance Floor

This is the part of the evening where we might look a little silly but have a lot of fun. Our live band, The Bears, will be playing three 40-minute sets of music.
